Fanta Konate is Famoudou´s Daughter and learned traditional Guinean dances in
her village and in many Ballets of Conakry.
Luis Kinugawa lived in Guinea for 2 years researching traditional Malinke
rhythms. He went to Senegal also to research Sabar and Rhims Bayfall.
Fanta and Luis perform with their Troupe Djembedon, offer workshops, drum circle
(Foli dia), seminaries.

initiatives, like a non-profit organic restaurant, an 'everything for FREE shop', help for
'illegal aliens', a chinese martial arts centre, theatre groups, artists, a cultural
centre and more. our drumcircle is part of this freehaven.

our drumcircle is indoors. it actually starts at 4 pm, however, prior to the circle, at 3,
we have free exchange workshops, taught by a different person in a different style
everytime.
if your instrument needs amplification (as in udu, didgiridoo, balafon etc.) please
